1.  Governing Law

Dimension Hobby International Co., Ltd. ( Hereunder abbreviated as “the company” )  endeavors to uphold the privacy of personal data in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. The privacy notice

All personal data as acquired or collected from members or customers are just for internal use of the company only.  Personal data are to be maintained by the company in pursuit of certain purposes like the shipment notification with the customer or members for any undischarged orders in the later days ; further product research and development ; offering of members’ or customers’ privileges and souvenirs … etc.  The company endeavors to protect the privacy of personal data within the custody of the company. In fulfillment of that, the company has set up an appropriate set of administrative and monitoring doctrines. According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, members are entitled to ask for a search on or an update for his own personal data maintained with us. Please send an email to our marketing@dimension-hobby.com for such request whenever member hope to exercise such rights to do so.

 
3. Acquired personal data will be used at the company's local store.
 

4. The company will have appropriate resorts to prevent unauthorized access, lost, damage, amendment and illegal disclosure of personal data within the custody of the company.

 
5. The company shall not disclose the personal data of customers and members to any third party except the following circumstances :

a.) upon a consent of customer or member ;

b.) when the personal data is released without any specific indication of names and identities of customer or member ( such as for statistics purpose ) ;

c.) when there is such a demand of personal data asked by judicial or administrative authorities ;

d.) when personal data is needed to employ third parties to handle customers’ orders, dispatch of goods, credit card payment presentation to banks … etc.

The involved third parties are obliged to make a privacy commitment with the company are to implement relevant jobs for the company. 

6. The company shall keep a continuous review and improvement to safeguard the personal data from customer and member.
