NOTES-TO-ORDER ONLINE 

 

1. As long as the submitted and paid order from customer has been verified, Dimension Hobby International Co., Ltd. ( hereunder abbreviated as “the company” ) will send an official email confirmation of incoming order to customer. The code and title of product, name of customer and delivery address will be shown on the email confirmation. In case that customer does not receive the email confirmation in 3 working days from the date of order submitted and paid, please look for an assistance from the company by sending an email of enquiry to marketing@dimension-hobby.com. 

 

2. When the order has been sent to courier for further dispatch, the company will send the customer a copy of shipment notification, showing the courier bill number and other details of delivery as well. Customer may keep chase of the parcel dispatch status online before arrival. In case that customer do not receive any shipment notification beyond a reasonable time, please feel free to contact us by marketing@dimension-hobby.com.

 

3. If the volume of customer’s ordered goods exceed the local practicing doctrines of the import country (like over-weight), the company will negotiate separately with the customer and seek for other alternatives of parcel dispatch, as to meet certain specific requirements. However, extra costs as a result of such re-arrangements are all at the expense of the customer.

 

4. The company endeavors to arrange a responsible and efficient courier to take care of the parcel discharge affairs. However, the time of dispatch is highly depending on the local practice of delivery, customs administration, logistic arrangement, weather and holidays … etc., among different countries. The company is not liable and accountable for any damage and loss due to such external and uncontrollable factors.

 

5. As the custom clearance of certain destination takes longer time, some dispatch of orders may need 2-3 weeks to complete. In case of such circumstances, please send an email of enquiry to marketing@dimension-hobby.com.

7. Product price : The company reserves all rights to revise any price for any listed product without prior notice.

 

8. The website accepts payment of orders by means of PAYPAL only, but the company will keep improve and evaluate the feasibility of new method of payments.

 

9. For those checked-out orders confirmed by customer, customer needs to complete the payment for it within 48 hours after checking out. Customer will receive an email from the company as a payment reminder for that. If any checked-out order is not paid up on or before the deadline of payment, the said order will be declined automatically from the system. 

 

10. The website dictates U.S. Dollars as the price currency under the English and Japanese version of the website ; while Hong Kong Dollars under the Chinese version. All listed prices do not include any tax and delivery charges.

 

11. For those orders of which the destination of parcel fall in the area of Mainland China, the company highly recommends customer to shop directly over the company's official Taobao store(https://shop325738760.taobao.com)as to save unneccessary costs in payment and courier. If customer still prefers to shop on the website, then the relevant transactions are to be governed by the terms and conditions of the website. If customer ( either local of foreign ) shop at the company's local store, customer must pick up the ordered items in person at the local store too in the later days. The company will not arrange courier to send the ordered items to customer alternatively.

 

12. Subject to the contraints as stipulated per Paypal policies, the company can only implement relevant shipments in accordance with the "name" and "address" of the customer which shown on the Paypal email generated for the company. If customer's ordered item is a pre-order in nature, the company will send a confirmation request email to customer before shipment, asking for an updated address confirmation. Customer needs to confirm the company just using his intital Paypal email only. The company will update its own record accordingly. However, there is no circumstances that the company could accept customer to change the name of recipient other than the intial one shown on the Paypal email.
